Grading Guide

We have classified our stock into various levels of quality, ranging from 'new' to 'refurbished'. Here is a quick guid as to what each of those categories mean:

New - Brand new and come with a 1 year warranty

Grade 1 - in perfect condition, just like new with no marks or scratches.These phones have been opened and potentially have had some use.

Grade 2 - Some minor marks or scratches on housings or screen. These phones will have had some use.

Refurbished - Returned as faulty these have had a software reflash and may have also been repaired if required. Their condition is the same as Grade 2
