We have classified our stock into various levels of quality, ranging from 'new' to 'refurbished'.

Here is a quick guide as to what each of those categories mean:

New - Brand new in original manufacturer packaging unless otherwise stated. Packaging will have shop soiled imperfections, such as boxes with dust, scratches, dents, tears etc. 

Grade 1 - Device is In perfect condition, devices just like new with no marks or scratches. These have been opened and potentially have had some use and may have shop soiled imperfections on packaging, such as boxes with dust, scratches, dents, tears etc. and or come in plain white box

Grade 2 - Devices with some marks or scratches on housing or screen. These have had some use, some of them may be reconditioned or software updated and may have shop soiled imperfections on packaging, such as boxes with dust, scratches, dents, tears etc. and or come in a plain white box.

None of the phones were returned as faulty, however in subsequent testing we may have found an issue that has since been rectified. There may also be instances where a phone was sold with a software version that has since been upgraded, in these cases the phone may have gone through a software upgrade before being made available for sale.

The warranty is administered by Entelar Group. If something does go wrong with your phone you can email talkischeap@entelargroup.co.nz with your order number and the issue you are having and we will be happy to assist you.

All our cellphones are sold without sim cards unless otherwise stated.

We strive to dispatch all orders received and paid for before 2pm on the same day, however it may take 1-3 working days for your order to be processed. Rural deliveries may take a few days longer.
