All mobile phones (except for any stock described as new) are sold on the understanding that they are nearly new, used products, that have been returned as unsuitable for the previous purchasers’ requirements. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are accepting that you understand the difference between Grade 1 and Grade 2 stock and will accept said products as described without prior sight of them.
While we take measures to ensure any prior customer data has been removed we cannot guarantee that and as such Talk Is Cheap accept no responsibility for any content that may be on the phone.
All cellphones require a sim card to connect to the mobile network; cellphones are sold on their own with only the accessories listed in the item descriptions. Sim cards are not included with any purchase unless added as a separate item from our accessories catalogue. The cost of connecting to the mobile network is an additional cost and is arranged directly with the elected mobile network, not through Talk Is Cheap.
We do not accept returns for credit or exchange.
Each cellphone carries a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, which is only redeemable through Entelar Ltd (detailed instructions on how to redeem warranty are on our website, under Returns). You must retain your receipt as the proof of purchase in order to claim warranty.
This Limited Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use; it does not cover product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to product issues due to commercial use, acts of God, misuse, limitations of technology, or modification of or to any part of the product.
A fully refundable bond may be taken before a cellphone is accepted for repair.
When using a coupon you must click the 'apply' button. If this is not done then the discount will not be applied to the order. The final value of the order when the order has been confirmed by the customer is the price that is due for the goods to be shipped. By confirming the order you are accepting the price on the screen. If you believe that the price is incorrect or that a discount has not been applied then you should contact us before confirming your order.
Should you place an order without a discount code, which is subsequently paid for and shipped to you, we will not retrospectively apply any discount to that order.
